Patrimonium Residential Opportunity I – a special purpose vehicle – acquired the old Coop warehouse in Crissier with a view to redeveloping the site. The project includes the construction of 454 rental apartments, 56 condominium apartments and 100 senior living apartments, as well as commercial units for offices, restaurants, greengrocers, a medical centre, a nursery and other local shops. Because of the strong foot traffic in this neighbourhood – over 2,000 people per day – great care and effort have gone into making it a highly liveable place.
This large-scale construction project started after the warehouse was demolished in 2016 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
Part of this project was sold to two other Patrimonium investment vehicles: Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund and Patrimonium Investment Foundation.
