Baar, 13 July 2026 – The listed real estate fund Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (SIX: PSREF) announces the successful completion of its capital increase: all 511,532 new units offered have been fully subscribed.
The capital increase, the subscription period for which ran from 22 June to 3 July 2026, raised a total of CHF 81 million. The proceeds will be used to finance new real estate acquisitions, development projects and to reduce the fund’s leverage ratio.
The settlement and issuance of the new units is taking place on 13 July 2026. The total number of units outstanding now amounts to 6,905,697.
The listed Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund invests in affordable residential properties located in Switzerland’s major urban areas. Its portfolio has a market value of more than CHF 1.3 billion.
