“Morges, July 11, 2025 – Successful capital increase led by Dominicé & Co – Asset Management for TrustStone Real Estate SICAV, and acquisition of a commercial property in Pully
TrustStone Real Estate SICAV announces the success of its capital increase of CHF 27 million, carried out between June 30 and July 8, 2025. The operation was oversubscribed, reflecting the strong interest of new investors solicited by Dominicé & Co – Asset Management.
A word from Dominicé & Co – Asset Management “The proceeds from this capital increase will finance the acquisition of a high-quality commercial property located in Pully, close to public transport and amenities. This acquisition, which is conditional on the completion of the capital increase, strengthens the portfolio’s geographical exposure and improves its balance by reducing the current weighting of the Etoy property.
The building has four tenants, including three public entities, ensuring high rental security. Acquired for CHF 18.7 million, it has a market value of CHF 19.7 million, a gross yield of 4.98% and a rental reserve of 4.53%. The average remaining lease term (WAULT) is three years. This first acquisition contributes to a significant improvement in the average return on the portfolio’s cost price, with an increase of approximately 5.25%“.
