The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (SIX: PSREF) will publish its 2025/26 annual results and host investor presentations in June 2026. A capital increase will be executed in late June / early July.

Capital Increase
The fund will carry out a capital increase of up to CHF 80 mio. during the subscription period from 22 June to 3 July 2026.
The proceeds will be used to acquire existing properties, further expand the portfolio through renovation and development projects, and optimize the financing structure. The issuance will be conducted on a best-effort basis as part of a public rights offering in Switzerland.
Further details of the capital increase, including the issue price and subscription rights, will be announced in due course.
