The property has six three-room apartments, one three-and-a-half-room apartment, four covered parking spaces and three outdoor parking spaces. Pratteln is ideally located, and transport connections are good to very good.
The property was constructed in 1965. The outside was renovated in 1995 and the inside in 2008. The investment group already owns the properties at Augsterheglistrasse 52 and 56, and this acquisition means that the investment group now owns the whole building making up Augsterheglistrasse 52 and 54.
