Tatyana Kobler and Hanspeter Berchtold with new roles:
Tatyana Kobler joined the Real Estate Acquisition team as Senior Transaction Manager on 01 March 2021. Tatyana has many years of experience in the Swiss real estate market. Since 2012 and most recently, she was a Director at CBRE in Zurich and Geneva, where she took on responsibilities in the areas of Valuation, Asset Management and Real Estate Transactions. Tatyana holds a Bachelor of Science from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) and is a CFA Charterholder.
Hanspeter Berchtold, who has been with Patrimonium since 2011, is the new Head of Investment Committees Real Estate as of 01 May 2021. In this role, Hanspeter will be jointly responsible for all Patrimonium’s investment decisions in the real estate sector. In addition, Hanspeter will become Managing Director of Patrimonium Commercial Opportunity I AG, a real estate company focused on commercial real estate for professional investors, which will be listed on the Bern Stock Exchange BX in the coming months.
2021: New investments of CHF 300 million planned.
In 2020, Patrimonium was able to acquire 12 properties for its products throughout Switzerland with annual target rental income of over CHF 13.3 m, thus expanding the managed real estate portfolio to over CHF 2.5 bn. Patrimonium plans to invest a further CHF 300 m in investment properties (existing properties and development projects) by the end of 2021.
These include residential properties in the moderate and low rental segment, commercial properties with long-term leases or repositioning potential, and healthcare properties.
These acquisitions are implemented for the broad range of real estate products: the Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (PSREF), the investment groups Swiss residential properties and Swiss healthcare properties of the Patrimonium Investment Foundation, Truststone SICAV as well as for private investment solutions.
