2021 saw the completion of the complete renovation of 300 flats in Les Palettes in Geneva for a total investment of CHF 35 million, as well as the start-up of a building with more than 60 senior residences in the Nidfeld district in Kriens near Lucerne, where student residences are also being built. The start of operations at the Square Santé medical centre in Oassis completed the entire Oassis district in Crissier, which is fully rented and bustling with commercial activity.
For 2022, despite an increase in the price of many raw materials and delivery difficulties due to the geopolitical situation, we anticipate general progress on our construction sites without major delays, for an amount of approximately CHF 110 million.
Of this amount, 55% relates to new construction and 45% to the renovation, redevelopment and elevation of buildings.
A large number of development projects are also underway, representing a total potential investment volume of CHF 1,650 million up to 2030. The next important steps concern the obtaining of allocation plans for the En Chise district in Crissier and the Mille-feuilles district in Saint-Sulpice. Also active in Ticino, we expect to obtain a building permit for the construction of two new buildings and the renovation of existing buildings in Lugano in the fourth quarter of 2022 thanks to a transaction with the Pension Fund of the city of Lugano.
