12th Investors’ Meeting of Patrimonium Investment Foundation approves all proposals unanimously and elects Philippe Augsburger as a new member of the Foundation Board
The investors’ meeting of 26 May 2023 was held in Zurich at Talacker 50 in the Rooftop. 22 percent of the voting rights were represented via proxy to the independent proxy Roland Kriemler, proxy to the Investment Foundation or physically on site.
The proposals of the Foundation Board were all unanimously approved. The annual report and the annual financial statements of the investment groups and the administrative account were approved. The Board of Foundation, the Investment Committee of the Residential Real Estate Switzerland investment group and the management were discharged for the 2022 financial year.
In the annual election of the auditors, BDO AG, Zurich, was confirmed for the 2023 financial year. The previous members of the Board of Trustees Yves Cuendet (Fondation Patrimonia), Daniel Heine (Patrimonium Asset Management AG), Beat Röthlisberger (independent), Christoph Syz (Patrimonium Asset Management AG), Christoph Vock (independent) and Philippe Augsburger (independent) stood for re-election and were unanimously elected for the 2023 financial year until the next ordinary investors’ meeting.
Philippe Augsburger was elected to the Foundation Board by the Board of Trustees on 1 March 2023, replacing Alfred Theiler, who resigned in 2022. Philippe Augsburger was Head of Treasury of the IOC for many years and founder and member of the Board of Trustees of the Pension Fund of the Comité International Olympique. Today he is a partner at Elite Asset Management SA and was elected to the Investment Committee of Compenswiss (AHV) in December 2022.
