Cette distinction a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9e le 29 septembre \u00e0 Morges lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie annuelle organis\u00e9e par SVIT Suisse romande et Bilan Magazine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette r\u00e9compense distingue un projet qui d\u00e9montre comment la transformation et la r\u00e9utilisation de b\u00e2timents existants peuvent cr\u00e9er une valeur durable tout en contribuant \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement urbain plus responsable. Plut\u00f4t que de remplacer une structure devenue obsol\u00e8te, le projet a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 adapter et moderniser un ancien b\u00e2timent logistique, prolongeant ainsi son cycle de vie tout en r\u00e9duisant significativement l\u2019impact environnemental li\u00e9 \u00e0 une nouvelle construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour le compte du Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund, Creative Factory a transform\u00e9 un ancien centre logistique Coop situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la Rue du Ch\u00eane 5 \u00e0 Renens en un lieu dynamique \u00e0 usages mixtes, combinant lofts r\u00e9sidentiels, espaces de travail et surfaces d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la formation, aux activit\u00e9s cr\u00e9atives et \u00e0 l\u2019artisanat. Cette transformation a \u00e9t\u00e9 guid\u00e9e par un engagement fort en faveur des principes de l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire, notamment \u00e0 travers le r\u00e9emploi de mat\u00e9riaux existants et l\u2019optimisation de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u par <strong>Agn\u00e8s Haulbert<\/strong>, Fund Manager du Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund, et <strong>Patrick Landolt<\/strong>, Director Constructions, qui a supervis\u00e9 la r\u00e9novation du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette nouvelle distinction fait suite \u00e0 la reconnaissance internationale obtenue plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e, lorsque Creative Factory a remport\u00e9 un Architizer A+Award dans la cat\u00e9gorie Residential Adaptive Reuse Project.
