Der Preis wurde am 29. September in Morges im Rahmen der j\u00e4hrlichen Preisverleihung von SVIT Suisse romande und dem Bilan Magazine \u00fcberreicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Auszeichnung w\u00fcrdigt ein Projekt, das zeigt, wie die Umnutzung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Geb\u00e4ude langfristigen Mehrwert schaffen und gleichzeitig zu einer nachhaltigeren Stadtentwicklung beitragen kann. Anstatt eine veraltete Struktur zu ersetzen, konzentrierte sich das Projekt auf die Anpassung und Modernisierung eines bestehenden Logistikgeb\u00e4udes. Dadurch konnte dessen Lebenszyklus verl\u00e4ngert und die mit einem Neubau verbundenen Umweltauswirkungen deutlich reduziert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Auftrag des b\u00f6rsenkotierten Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund wurde ein ehemaliges Coop-Logistikzentrum an der Rue du Ch\u00eane 5 in Renens in einen lebendigen Nutzungsmix aus Wohnlofts, Arbeitsfl\u00e4chen sowie R\u00e4umen f\u00fcr Ausbildung, kreative T\u00e4tigkeiten und Handwerk umgewandelt. Die Transformation basierte auf einem konsequenten Ansatz der Kreislaufwirtschaft, insbesondere durch die Wiederverwendung vorhandener Materialien und die Optimierung der Energieeffizienz des Geb\u00e4udes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Preis wurde von <strong>Agn\u00e8s Haulbert<\/strong>, Fund Manager des Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund, sowie von <strong>Patrick Landolt<\/strong>, Director Constructions und Verantwortlicher f\u00fcr die Umsetzung der Renovation, entgegengenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die aktuelle Auszeichnung folgt auf den internationalen Erfolg des Projekts Anfang dieses Jahres, als Creative Factory mit einem Architizer A+Award in der Kategorie Residential Adaptive Reuse Project ausgezeichnet wurde.
