Primary responsibilities
- Prepare analyses and actively assist with client presentations and projects
- Support the team during the due diligence process
- Prepare investment documentation and present it to the investment committee
- Assess investment opportunities by developing financial models and reviewing commercial assumptions
- Prepare reporting for our investors
- Desktop research in relevant sectors and investment fields
Profile
- Completed studies in the field of economics with a focus on finance and/or sustainability
- Ideally first work experience in Corporate Finance,M&A, Infrastructure, Private Equity
- Passion for sustainability and climate infrastructure solutions
- Ability to analyse annual financial statement documents and other company reports
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work independently
- Adaptability and flexibility together with a strong sense of priorities
- High motivation, ability to work under pressure and self-motivation
- Good written and oral communication skills
- German (mother tongue) and good English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
